Bazua Enterprises, LLC of Boca Raton, Florida is proud to announce
the formation of GLOBAL ALLIANCE EnviroGreen Building Solutions,
which offers a broad spectrum of “eco-friendly”
services to the building services industry. This “one
stop shop” approach helps simplify and reduce the number
of vendors that a facility manager or building owners must consider
when managing a facility. In addition to providing full janitorial
services, GLOBAL ALLIANCE EnviroGreen Building Solutions offers
hard floor maintenance, marble polishing and restoration, window
cleaning, pressure cleaning, interior and exterior painting,
parking lot maintenance, trash & waste removal, post construction
cleaning, lawn care, pest control and live plant maintenance.
Bazua Enterprises, LLC has twenty five years of experience in
the building maintenance services industry and was a former
Master Franchisee of an international janitorial franchise organization.
Effective February 11, 2009, Bazua Enterprises, LLC, dba Global
Alliance EnviroGreen Building Solutions, became an independent
building services company with plans to expand services, both
nationally and internationally, as a World-Wide Franchisor of
Country and/or Regional Master Franchise businesses.
At present, Global Alliance has operations in the South Florida
area, servicing Miami, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and
Saint Lucie counties, servicing over 500 commercial accounts.
In addition to expanding operations within the United States,
Global Alliance EnviroGreen Building Solutions has commenced
operations in Mexico and plans to open business in other parts
of South America.
When contacted, CEO Felipe Bazua stated “We are very excited

to service both property managed facilities and independently
